Tuna w/White Beans & Arugula on Lemon Saffron Fettuccine
Mix marinade ingredients together and set aside to allow flavors to marry.
Grill the tuna steaks. Flake cooked tuna into bite-sized pieces with a fork in a large serving bowl. Pour over marinade and toss.
Add the beans and arugula and toss. (you can substitute kidney beans for the cannellini beans and watercress for the arugula if they are not available)
Add pasta and toss.
