VEGETABLES IN OYSTER SAUCE
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced Napa cabbage
1 c. broccoli, sliced
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. oyster sauce
1/2 c. water
Heat oil in large frypan or skillet. Add
crushed garlic. Saute garlic until golden and discard.
Add sliced vegetables and stir for 5 to 10 minutes. Add water and cover.
Steam for 5 to 10 minutes until done. Stir in oyster sauce and serve.
