Vegetables in Oyster Sauce

Serves 3-4 as a side dish

Ingredients

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 c. sliced carrots

1 c. sliced Napa cabbage

1 c. broccoli, sliced

1/4 c. vegetable oil

1/2 c. oyster sauce

1/2 c. water

Directions

1. Heat oil in large frypan or skillet. Add crushed garlic. Saute garlic until golden and discard.
2. Add sliced vegetables and stir for 5 to 10 minutes. Add water and cover.
3. Steam for 5 to 10 minutes until done. Stir in oyster sauce and serve.
