Linguini with Shrimp and Arugula

Place oil and garlic in frying pan on high heat. Throw peeled shrimp into the frying pan, stir, then place the diced tomato in the frying pan.

After about a minute, pour the wine and clam juice in, let this boil down. After the juice thickens, pour the cooked linguine in and the arugula, stir. Then put in about 1/8 cup of grated romano cheese, stir and serve.

Serves one.
